Pam Wilson and her husband Kevin founded Kevin Wilson Master Builders in 2007. The Stirling-based construction company is currently sitting on multiple national awards and has a healthy pipeline of work. In addition to this, Pam has founded her own consultancy and is now the VP of the Scottish Master Builders Federation.

However, things have not always been so rosy. At her lowest point, Pam nearly lost everything and even considered selling her house. Since then, Pam has gained the confidence to back herself and successfully navigated the loneliness of being a leader.

In this episode of the Help to Grow: Management Podcast, Jonathan explores with Pam the heavy toll running a business has taken on her, and some of the methods she used to survive the knocks and bounce back.
