Communicating your business in a way that is compelling and relevant is critical for building the right relationships with customers, strategic partners and internal audiences.
This part of the curriculum looks at what messages you convey about your business, through your brand, your aspirations, or simply the values your team display when dealing with customers and each other. You will work on a strategic approach to marketing for your business using segmentation, targeting and positioning, and look in detail at a case study of a business that has built market-leading brand and stayed true to its purpose and values despite the challenge of changing circumstances.
