During this thought-provoking group discussion, you will be encouraged to collaborate with your peers and discuss your experiences, challenges and lessons you have learnt as an SME business leader.

In this part of the workshop, Blaire will present case studies that challenge the traditional beliefs and misconceptions of what good workplace leadership is. Blaire will also address the common issues that you may face as an SME business leader.

Learn how to develop your leadership strategies as Blaire sheds light on the practical solutions you can implement to rise above these challenges.

Blaire will approach this session using the ‘Critical Friend’ analysis model. Be prepared to put your thinking cap on as you will be critically assessing some of the leadership challenges that were raised during the earlier discussions.

You will be broken into smaller groups, as this will give you the chance to have open and transparent conversations with your fellow SME business leaders. Don’t be afraid to voice your opinions and challenge other perspectives. The aim of this session is to help you gain new knowledge, insights and potential solutions on how you can develop your leadership approach long term.

Each group will summarise their findings during the discussions. This will be your opportunity to discuss what key takeaways you have acquired and how you can put these theories into practice.

This will be a complete open-floor discussion. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have felt hesitant to ask during the workshop discussion.
