Learn how to increase job satisfaction and productivity within your team.

In our regional half-day conference for the Help to Grow Alumni Network, we aim to provide the tools, insights, and support needed to help SME business leaders retain their staff, whilst effectively keeping them motivated in spite of change.

Designed specifically for Alumni in Scotland, this conference features a masterclass from Adrian Furnham, an organisational psychologist and consultant. Adrian will provide insights into how to become a better and more resilient business leader, whilst keeping staff engaged. There will also be expert insights into building an entrepreneurial mindset and an opportunity for delegates to engage with regional support for SMEs as well as fellow alumni.

Key takeaways will include:

  • An insight into the psychology of management, teamwork, and motivation.
  • Discovering how SME leaders can improve job satisfaction and increase productivity.
  • Access to free SME support from experts within your region.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to network with other members of the Help to Grow: Management Alumni across Scotland.
