Podcast: Building lasting digital change
In this episode of the Help to Grow: Management Podcast, host Denise Nurse is joined by Damini Sharma, CEO and co-founder of the OM Group.
OM Group was founded as a consultancy by Damini and her father back in 2008 after years spent within construction compliance. Over the next ten years the business steadily grew, thanks to Damini and her father leveraging relationships from a past life.
However, this all came crashing down in 2018 when one of the biggest players in construction went into administration, pulling much of OM Group’s pipeline with it.
Damini and Denise explore how OM Group clawed its way back into profitability, sustainably scaled a rapidly growing business, and how diversification and digitalisation has been at the centre of much of it.
