You might have tried AI — ChatGPT, tools your team never uses — and it hasn’t stuck. This session will show that it’s not a technical problem, but a mindset and implementation one. Help to Grow: Management Course evaluation data indicates that Growth Action Planning is connected to benefits such as improved leadership and management skills, and greater awareness of factors that drive business growth. However, many leaders still find it challenging to translate these insights into tangible results. This session explores the often-hidden dimensions of leadership psychology that can unlock potential and accelerate sustainable business growth.

Attendees will:

  • Reflect on the effectiveness of their change planning and implementation
  • Learn key skills and mindsets from leadership psychology
  • Leave with renewed focus and actions to accelerate your growth ambitions
Vincent Traynor

Entering new markets can be one of the most powerful and risky growth decisions an SME can make. This session will help you cut through complexity by clarifying where your business creates value today and how that can translate into new segments, channels, or geographies. You’ll be guided through a structured approach to evaluating opportunities and making confident, evidence-led market entry decisions.

Attendees will:

  • Gain a clear understanding of growth and new market development, including where their business is best placed to expand
  • Identify and prioritise 2–3 new market opportunities based on attractiveness and strategic fit
  • Leave with a practical market entry playbook, including clear strategic choices and a 90-day test-and-learn plan
